The aim of the White Book was to analyze the production of the Study Committee since 1969. This helped to see how Cigre, particularly the Insulated Cable Committee, contributed and will continue to contribute to the cable industry.

To facilitate the research of documents, all documents are numbered with their registration number in the CIGRE Technical Library.
